Navigation skills for analytical minds

I was ready to trade the draining achievement-oriented success for something more sustainable... and more me.

Once I discovered how to identify and engage my unique values and natural strengths, I saw the landscape in front of me much more clearly. I transformed how I navigate my career and my life and discovered sustainable success along the way. We have been trained to lead with our skills – yet sustainability comes through drawing in our hearts.

I now get to work with successful professionals like myself to help them learn the same navigation skills and create their own sustainable success. There is an incredible feeling that comes when we step off the treadmill of doing more to achieve more. Everyone holds the key to unlocking sustainable success at every point in their career.

"For most of my career, I let my skills lead me through the various challenges. I racked up success after success. Yet the focus on doing more to achieve more eventually left me out of touch with the real me."
